The Berlin Wall in Los Angeles along Miracle Mile
As you drive along Wilshire Boulevard in West Los Angeles, along Museum Row in the Miracle Mile region, you can see the largest piece of the Berlin Wall outside of Germany. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan are the most noticeable artwork, but there is a wealth of modern art alone the stone face of this monument to division, and then, breaking free.
As the Berlin Wall was torn town in mid-November of 1989, a brief glimpse of it seem appropo.
