This photo is of the iconic Primavera fountain on Wilshire Boulevard. The fountain has stood since 1971, and stands over the southern entrance to the SAG-AFTRA headquarters.

Set up the camera on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles in the center island, directly adjacent to the La Brea Tar Pits at night, facing East (towards downtown LA), and captured some long exposure photographs. You can see the Screen Actors Guild (now SAG-AFTRA) building in the foreground, as well as the G4 & E! Entertainment offices and the outdoor seating for The Counter.
