As mentioned a few times previously, one of the quirks of Los Angeles is that when fireworks go off around America to celebrate Independence Day (or New Year’s), since the city is so spread out, that fireworks demonstrations erupt all over the city. You can see skybursts down amongst the city skyline, as well as one much closer from a neighborhood celebration.
To follow up with the earlier posting, here’s a snapshot of fireworks going off “in front” of Downtown Los Angeles; and for once, its not smog but fireworks smoke clouding up the view…
